Many years ago we began our journey in home renovations. We started small and grew with a lot of work and effort.

We came from a background in the yachting industry that had trained us to have a millimetric eye for detail and excellence in service.

We currently work with numerous property managers, real estate companies and of course end clients. We have our own team and several local companies with whom we collaborate to be able to offer absolutely all property services. 

We are local but bilingual, which brings added value to choosing us since you will be able to explain your needs to us in the language of origin. We love to update ourselves, we are constantly doing interior design training to be able to make the most of our clients' space and ensure that they are satisfied.

For us, cleanliness on a construction site is essential. We have a cleaning team so that starting a renovation does not become a nightmare and that cleanliness and cleanliness are always ensured during the process.

If during the renovation you need to find a temporary home, we can help you as we have several rental properties in our portfolio.

Our work area and where we have our physical office is in the Calviá area but we can travel throughout Mallorca.

If you have holiday homes and wish to carry out the renovation while you are anywhere else on the planet, you can leave the key with us in the office so that it can be carried out during your stay so when you return everything is ready.
